JAY MALONE has been headlining comedy clubs across North America for the past seven years, including multiple appearances at the “Just For Laughs Festival” in Montreal, Canada where he won the prestigious Homegrown National Competition in 2004. The very next year he shot a coveted Gala Special at the festival making him the only comedian to win the Homegrown and perform a gala back-to-back and he returned to Just For Laughs in the summer of 2010 for his second gala. JAY has also performed his own one-hour nationally televised comedy special “Comedy NOW!” for CTV, which led to his nomination as the “Best Male Stand-up Comic” in Canada at the Canadian Comedy Awards.
In December of 2009 JAY shot his own half hour Comedy Special for “SHOWTIME” at the El Portal theatre in Burbank, California.
JAY has appeared in guest starring roles on MONK (USA), NICS LA (ABC), The Big Bang Theory (CBS), Boston Legal (ABC), Worst Week of My Life (CBS) and Dollhouse (FOX) respectively. He has also appeared in several National commercials for such companies as “Verizon”, “Kia”, “Toyota”, “Bud Light”, “Dominos” and “Crest”.JAY is currently in development with FOX for his own animated series.
